Abstract

The SME Volleyball at IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon has a high demand for efficiently managing their finances. Therefore, this paper aims to design and implement a web-based Financial Information System that can enhance the efficiency of financial management for the Bola Volly SME . This paper will outline the process of designing the financial information system, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. During the requirements analysis phase, specific needs of the Volleyball SME will be identified, such as financial bookkeeping, income and expense monitoring, and financial reporting . Based on the requirements analysis, the design of the financial information system will be developed using a web-based approach. This design will encompass the database structure, user interface, and functionalities required to efficiently carry out financial activities for the Bola Volly SME. The system implementation will utilize popular web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with relevant software development frameworks. Following implementation, the system will undergo testing using predetermined scenarios. These tests aim to ensure that the web-based financial information system functions according to requirements and effectively enhances the financial management efficiency of the Bola Volly SME. Test results will be evaluated and analyzed to improve and refine the system if necessary. It is expected that this paper will make a positive contribution in enhancing the financial management efficiency of the Vollyball SME at IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. The designed and implemented web-based financial information system in this paper is anticipated to be an effective solution for SMEs in managing their finances and can serve as a reference for the development of similar systems in other institutions.
